Mill Tours Be guided around the only British mill still to transform cashmere from fibre
to garment.

Coffee Shop Our comments Johnstons Visitor Centre is well worth a visit. If you like cashmere or a wide range of woollen clothing then you might just find your hearts desire here. Be warned it doesn't come cheap! However the main reason for including this site is the Coffee Shop. Excellent home made food is available at lunchtime - though unfortunately it tends to be very busy and so we advise you arrive early to get a table. The food is simple - soup of the day, baked potatoes, sandwiches and home baking but is plentiful and tasty. Furthermore it is free from chips!

Audio Visual Presentation Restaurants The Gordon Room - for lunches and high teas. The Spey Restaurant - for something lighter
Broadland, See the birds fly at:
11.00 am, 12.45 pm, 2.30 pm, 4.15 pm Our comments This is well worth the visit - especially those with children. The centre tries hard to provide an opportunity for everyone to be involved during the flight demonstrations. During these you also learn a huge amount about the birds and falconry in general.
Christies of Fochabers Garden Centre Our comments Why have we included a garden centre? Quite simple this Garden Centre has just completed a major new build that has allowed them to open a new Restaurant. From personal experience it has a wonderful atmosphere, has easy access for buggies and wheelchairs and is family friendly. We can recommend the Nachos (full of jalepeno peppers - brilliant!) and the Aberdeen Angus Burgers. It's self service, there is plenty of space and the staff are very friendly.
Our Comments This is a good website to visit to find out more about Keith and the surrounding countryside.
